Howdy! I'm Maggie.

I'm originally from Minneapolis, and in 2013 I moved to study at Columbia College Chicago, where I got my BFA in Illustration in 2017. I'm drawn to bold colors and funky patterns both in my art practice and in my wardrobe. I'm intrigued by the notion of nostalgia, and I draw inspiration from kitschy antiques, cartoons from my youth, and the loud seat patterns on public transportation. I currently live in Edgewater with a rescued pair of married pigeons named Nelson and Willie.
